I made this for a dear couple at our church who have a farm with pasture raised chickens and bring eggs to those of us who want them. They are huge eggs, and my boys got a kick out of seeing so many of them with double yolks. And of course they are brown eggs, so that was new to them too. We used 6 of them for a casual Sunday "dinner".
