I made 36 of these in shades of blue, green, pink and purple using left over pieces of retired Designer papers. I used the Dilly Dally Baby wheel which is so quick and easy and accented with ribbons, an oval punch out and short sentiment on the front. Pretty quick to do assembly line style.
