Christmas Open House : Christmas gift cards

These are darling and easy little gift card holders. There are three different styles:
1. Wallet (white and blue)
2. Square (red and green with pointsettia)
3. side fold over one. (red and burgundy and green)

You can make several of these fairly quickly and easily.

Christmas Open House : Christmas gift packaging center

This is an awesome little gift packaging center you can put on your countertop or desk and be ready for packaging up those quick little gifts that you find you need for teachers, neighbors, co-workers, the mailman, etc. Pop some homebaked goodies or some store bought ones (wink, wink :) ) in the bags, add the tag from the little drawers on the side , cut off some ribbon to tie on and you have an awesome little gift. You will make the holder (really very easy, just some gluing together), and tags. You will get 6 coffee style bags (3 in white and 3 in kraft), tags, 2 each of medium and large cello bags with solid color toppers, and 6 yds. of Christmas colored ribbons that go on the stick in front. Too cute. Your paper colors and printed papers will vary based on what we have.

Or if you don't want a whole packaging center, you can make this tag box full of tags to put on your gifts.

Christmas open house: stocking stuffer box and 2-4-6-8 box

This is a great little gift packaging option for you. It is a stocking stuffer box. I made the one in blue for a sample, and then found the great idea to do the copper and swirl one, which is the one you will make if you sign up for this gift packaging option. This box holds a pretty good amount of treats or small round cookies. You could roll up a pair of socks in this one too. Cute. You will have silver, gold or copper colors to choose from. This box is about 2 1/2 inches wide and deep. It is approx. 6 -7 inches tall.

The second box is a simple rectangle box that will hold a variety of candies, small gifts, snowman soup (hot cocoa mix, marshmallows and peppermints), or a small bottle of lotion or perfume. This box is about 2 1/4 inches wide and deep, and about 6 1/2 inches tall.

Designer paper gift tote

This is an example of a gift bag you can make with two pieces of 12x12 designer paper and some ribbons. Super easy and cute. They are at least 8 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches deep. They are about 8 1/2 to 9 inches tall. The bags will hold a pretty substantial gift. We will have several selections of designer papers to choose from to make these bags.

Mini loaf bread boxes: Christmas open house

These are for mini loaf or mini bundt cakes. Super easy and very festive. You simply wrap up your bread/cake neatly in plastic wrap, maybe even wrap it in cellophane and tie up with the ribbon and tag. Super easy but very impressive when you give it. Show friends, teachers, co-workers and family you care by sharing your favorite quick breads with them this Christmas.
I found the directions for these from the Scor-Pal site. Very very easy.

The square box is 4 inches square with 2 1/4 inch sides with a 1/2 inch overhang. So add 9 1/2 inch square piece of cardstock would work for this box. Score at 1/2 and then 2 3/4 on each side to make. Hope that helps.

This too shall pass
Ain't no sunshine when you're gone
